Feng Shui Cure? For Ground floor flat!?

I live in a ground floor (the building is 8 floors high) Since we moved in the whole family is constantly tired/ lethargic. I think i heard once it can be negative pressure from all the flats above. Does anyone know a feng shui cure to help improve this?
The pressure from the flats above would not be causing the tiredness and lethargy, but the energy coming from all those people could be affecting you.
One quick and affordable Feng Shui cure would be to fix a small mirror to the outside of the door into the flat. This would literally reflect all the negative energy back away from your home.
There could be other elements at work here also, too many to go into here. Have a look at this easy to read page on Feng Shui, the home and different ways you can solve problems:

if it happens to all of the family members, then could you try to let them sleep in another part of the flat?
in fengshui, different locations of the house or flat have different energy. this is the reason why fengshui practitioners measure and analyze a house/ flat – to manipulate life based on the energy in a space. it is not the other way around. there is no fengshui master out there that can manipulate and change the energy of a specific location without changing/ renovating the front door or roof of a house. so the cheapest and easiest around this is to move where you sleep. sleeping at the basement or at the ground floor is not bad in fengshui – this does not mean that all of the 8 floors are pressuring you down.References :
