I;ve decided to re-do my room for the new year (and new school semester) got any tips about Feng Shui that will improve my room’s apperance?

there are general rules in arranging a bedroom, like:
- the front of the door (in and outside the room) shouldn’t have obstructions like a bed.
- if there is a toilet bedside the bedroom, it is better to be separated by another room like a dresser, rather than having it separated by a wall.
- it is best not to put mirror, plants or water features/ aquarium inside the bedroom. in case of a tv, cover the screen/ reflective surface when you go to sleep.
- make the colors and everything in it more yin – more inducive to sleeping rather than playing.
- it is also better to put his headboard against a solid wall.
- the bed should not be in front of a window or a door.
- to make the fengshui more personal, you need more fengshui concepts. one concept is explained by ms. lillian too in her book. she teaches u how to get your kid’s kua, and using this as a basis you can get what direction to face the bed of your kid. there are basically 4 good direction/ location (location, is always in relation to the center of your house, not just the bedroom!), and 4 bad ones.
- there are some more deeper concepts regarding how to make you kid successful in school, but again the formula is case to case basis and you need a professional fengshui auditor to locate such an area in his bedroom.
