Bunk beds are not considered good in term of Feng Shui. This is because the person sleeping on the bottom bunk will feel pressure pushing down on them when they are sleeping. On the flip side, the person sleeping on the top bunk will feel a lack of support and vulnerable.

The only way to fix this problem is not the use the bed. There is really no other way. However, keep in mind that each person have a different level of tolerance to the environmental forces. Have the two persons sleep in the bed and see what happen. If they are sleeping well and no major problems, then you don’t have to worry too much about it.

Good luck.
